Mr. Kai Tuorila, one of the original founders, has been in Asia over 25 years, and covers Thailand, Myanmar, Lao PDR and Cambodia. With Master of Science in Engineering at Tampere University of Technology in Finland, and MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand, his strengths in the areas of energy, environment, life sciences, industrial sourcing and education have helped him build a deeply rooted network throughout South-East Asia. Since the beginning of 2010, Mr. Tuorila has also been the Country Representative for Finpro (Finland Trade Center) in Thailand, and looking after Myanmar, Lao PDR and Cambodia.
ANDREW AYE MAW
Mr. Andrew Aye Maw holds a Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering from Rangoon Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology. With over 20 year’s experience in consulting and trading, and as founder of the Myanmar Business Guide, his knowledge of investments in Myanmar is second to none. As a partner in Netpoint, he has been the unofficial Finpro consultant to Myanmar since 2010.
Mr. Thanpisit Tadsri works as a Trade Assistant, his roles and expertise are in marketing research and intelligence gathering. He is responsible for collecting and analyzing information on individuals, contacts, equities, markets, policies and companies for potential Finnish businesses in Thailand. With a Bachelor and Master Degrees in Politics and International Relations from Thammasat University in Thailand, his broad knowledge in international and local political economy has allowed Netpoint to gain valuable information that results in better match-making and decision-making for both the organization and clients.
